The Construction Division of the Devonshire Group was formed in 1988. This department continues to grow and has developed a reputation for enhanced efficiencies and response to client requests. The combination of development expertise and experience with skilled work crews leads to timely project workflow and completion. You can be confident that every aspect of a given project will be addressed, reviewed, and approved. The final result is a quality job done by a dedicated team.
We have our own carpenters and laborers along with an excellent team of sub-contractors. Project size has ranged from small repairs to the $2.5 million renovation of a 12-story office building.
